Sifoam is a patented processed, clinically proven Cast Interface Material.

Unlike any other cast padding material, Sifoam has non-linked, sirated cuts. These cuts, on both sides of the material, enable pressure diffusion. This creates custom fit padding where ever Sifoam is applied. Any limb, any boney prominence is protected against the cast.

Originally designed specifically for padding the leg and foot of the diabetic patient being treated for foot ulcers, Sifoam has proven to perform in many other Orthopeadic conditions.

Sifoam is available in 3/8” or ½” thickness, with or without adhesive backing.
